Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience on $100M+ commercial/industrial construction projects as a superintendent or similar.
• Experience leading large project teams and managing safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade contractors to meet the approved schedule and quality.
• Supervise the construction of large projects or multiple projects.
• Lead and develop the project team.
• Manage the project budget for general conditions and site services.
• Communicate the work plan for changes in the field.
• Maintain contract document awareness to coordinate trades and anticipate problems.
• Ensure permits are obtained for construction.
• Monitor safety performance and enforce safety policies.
• Lead contractor meetings and document progress using Procore.
• Communicate schedule status to the project team and trades.
• Coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee the project quality plan and implement changes.
• Resolve jurisdictional disputes.
