Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of commercial construction experience, healthcare/life sciences preferred.
• Experience as General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Field Ops Leader.
• Strong knowledge of occupied hospital construction, infection control, and complex MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior field leadership across healthcare and life sciences projects.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents and field personnel.
• Partner with Project Executives on staffing, scheduling and resources.
• Establish and maintain standards for safety, quality, site logistics and execution.
• Support preconstruction through constructability reviews and logistics planning.
• Resolve complex field challenges and maintain client and trade partner relationships.
• Help develop the company’s next generation of field leadership.
