GH Engage is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead complex, high-value projects across the Southeast. You will manage healthcare builds in occupied environments, coordinating with owners, design teams, and project managers to maintain schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects and a strong healthcare background, including infection control, phasing, and life-safety in active settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong healthcare background — VA facilities, rehab centres, and occupied-space work.
• Understanding of infection control, phasing, and life-safety requirements in active healthcare settings.
• Willingness to travel across GA, SC & NC as projects require.

Responsabilités

• Lead healthcare construction projects ranging from $20M to $60M+.
• Run the field day-to-day: scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
• Deliver work in live, occupied spaces where precision and communication are essential.
• Partner with project managers, owners, and design teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
