Job summary

Engtal is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and expand its Healthcare and Life Sciences division in the Greater Boston area. The role focuses on executive-level oversight of complex healthcare projects, fostering client relationships, and strategic growth with a collaborative culture.

The successful candidate will mentor project teams, manage critical relationships with healthcare systems and research partners, and drive operational excellence from preconstruction to closeout.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant healthcare and/or life sciences exposure.
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Leader.
• Strong understanding of occupied healthcare facilities, laboratory environments, and technically demanding renovations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and maintain executive-level client relationships.
• Experience working for a reputable Construction Manager or General Contractor in the Massachusetts market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple healthcare and life sciences projects, providing executive-level leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, supporting their professional development and project execution.
• Maintain and develop relationships with healthcare systems, research institutions, architects, and industry partners.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, operational improvements, and business development.
• Maintain oversight of project financials, staffing, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
