A growing, mid-sized General Contractor in Greater Boston is seeking a General Superintendent to provide field leadership across its Healthcare and Life Sciences portfolio.

The Opportunity

• Provide senior field leadership and oversight across multiple healthcare and life sciences construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and other field personnel.
• Partner with Project Executives and Operations Leadership on project staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain consistent standards for safety, quality, site logistics, and field execution.
• Support preconstruction efforts through constructability reviews, scheduling input, and logistics planning.
• Assist with resolving complex field challenges and maintaining positive relationships with clients and trade partners.
• Help develop the company's next generation of field leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 15–20+ years of commercial construction experience, including substantial healthcare and life sciences project experience.
• Previous experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Field Operations Leader.
• Strong knowledge of occupied hospital construction, laboratory facilities, infection control procedures, and complex MEP systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple project teams and mentoring Superintendents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Established relationships within the Greater Boston subcontractor and construction community are highly desirable.
