Engtal is seeking a Superintendent for commercial construction projects across Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. You will lead major projects, manage field operations, and work with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have proven superintendent experience with GC/CM firms and can manage ground-up and complex renovation efforts across healthcare, higher education, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Lead subcontractors and coordinate all onsite construction activities.
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestones.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership.
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
• Take ownership of successful project delivery.
