Boardwalk Honda, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to lead our sales team to achieve dealership goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Sales Manager role oversees sales operations, inventory management, forecasting, and collaboration with leadership and finance to drive department success. Compensation reflects performance and market factors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management.
• ADP Dealer Services experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and gross to meet profit objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the New Car Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force.
• Establish a positive relationship with customers from the outset.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and days' supply.
• Ensure salespeople are informed of new inventory and advertising efforts.
