Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retail management experience within a Big Box retailer.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build team member relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, and deliver results.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task; adapt to a quickly changing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Operations: Drive performance across five key areas—Team Members, Customers, Store Readiness, Execution, and Profitability.
• Drive Financial Performance: Achieve budgeted sales and manage P&L, wages, and expenses; identify variances and coach.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee merchandising, backroom, logistics, inventory, and store presentation.
• Champion Customer Experience & Safety: Lead a customer-focused culture while ensuring safe, compliant environments.
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations including safety and loss prevention.
• Develop & Lead Talent: Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, develop, and manage Store Leaders and Team Members.
• Drive Consistency & Change: Conduct store visits, lead training, support new openings, and ensure consistent execution across locations.
