Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of Big Box retail management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to pass background checks and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store teams across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence, profitability and customer experience.
• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; manage staffing to budget.
• Oversee product assortment, inventory, margins and merchandising.
• Monitor wage and expense control and ensure policy compliance.
