Fleet Farm Muskego is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Front End, Convenience Store, Facilities, Scheduling, Pricing and Loss Prevention. You will train and coach teams, develop individual development plans, manage wage and expense budgets, and partner with HR to hire and develop staff while delivering Best in Class customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of management experience in a Big Box retailer preferred.
Proven ability to lead, coach and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population including full- and part-time staff.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead Front End Operations, Convenience Store/Gas Operations, Facilities, Scheduling/Labor Management, Pricing/Inventory, Reset/Projects, and Loss Prevention.
Train, coach and mentor team for Best in Class customer service and execution.
Develop individual development plans for direct and indirect reports.
Staff according to budget and hire/train/develop staff with HR.
Monitor wage/expense control programs and address variances.
Oversee cash handling policies and loyalty program administration.
