McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and drive profits while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will partner with your leader to set goals and craft plans to achieve them, coach Department Managers, and hire and develop a strong management team for the future.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in quick-service or hospitality/retail. 18+ is required.

Formación

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Collaborate with leaders to create plans to achieve restaurant goals and maintain standards.
