Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable, high-volume restaurant and uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You’ll lead Department Managers, coach teams, and drive restaurant goals with a clear plan for success.

You’ll oversee various departments—Guest Service, Kitchen, and People—ensuring fast, accurate service, safe food handling, and optimal staffing. Candidates with prior GM experience in fast food or hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Managers to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences on every visit.
• Lead Departments, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to the team.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience, organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service.
• Ensure kitchen delivers high-quality, safe food and trains staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals, motivate and recognize staff.
