Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding our Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals with your leader, and implement plans to achieve them.

The role involves coaching and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right leadership for the future. Prior GM experience in fast service is highly preferred, with age 18+ requirement.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Background in quick service restaurants and/or hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
