Job summary

WKS Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for its Denny’s brand to lead daily full-service restaurant operations, drive top-line results, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will supervise staffing, training, scheduling, and adherence to food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to ServSafe practices, with accountability to the District Manager and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team by hiring, training, motivating, and developing employees to ensure strong operational performance.
• Oversee scheduling, food ordering, inventory management, and payroll processes.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, accurate, high-quality service at all times.
• Manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and brand standards.
