Publix Super Markets is seeking a Manager, General Liability Non-Litigated Claims in Lakeland, FL. You will lead a large team responsible for non-litigated liability claims, including customer claims and attorney-represented matters not yet in litigation.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, operational management, and financial stewardship to influence claims strategy, establish performance standards, and drive continuous improvement across a major retailer.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of general liability claims handling experience.
• Two+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Ability to obtain a Florida All Lines Adjuster License and maintain reciprocal licenses.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy, operations, and performance of a team handling non-litigated general liability claims.
• Oversee investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements for consistent claim resolutions.
• Develop and implement claims handling standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
• Analyze claims data and industry trends to identify risk reduction opportunities.
• Coach and mentor managers and claims professionals to build a high-performing organization.
