Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five years of workers' compensation medical management or related healthcare experience.
• RN licensure or relevant credential, as applicable.
• Experience leading teams or programs.
• Knowledge of medical billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Lead workers’ compensation medical case management and return-to-work strategies.
• Oversee medical bill review and payment processing across multi-state operations.
• Develop initiatives to improve medical outcomes while controlling costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and medico-legal alignment.
