Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; law degree is a plus.
• 5 years (Consultant) or 7 years (Specialist) of General Liability experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex, litigated claims with strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex, high-exposure claims through lifecycle.
• Handle litigated matters and manage defense counsel.
• Conduct investigations and analyze information learned.
• Make coverage determinations and communicate positions.
• Manage reserves and assist with budgeting and billing reviews.
• Present cases to management and participate in strategic initiatives.
• Support field offices with coverage and liability analysis.
