Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirements listed: High School/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Extensive claim handling and/or litigation experience related to bodily injury liability.
• Strong understanding of policy language, ISO forms, and litigation management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate General Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims.
• Provide quality claim handling and timely communications with insured and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources (Subrogation, Risk Control, experts) as needed.
• Manage litigation plan, discovery, and legal expenses to ensure effective resolutions.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as required.
• Maintain claim files and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
