Job summary

Revantage seeks an experienced Insurance & Alternative Solutions Claims Specialist to manage third‑party liability claims across North America. The role involves intake, strategy, and resolution coordination with portfolio companies, insurers, defense counsel, and TPAs from its Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL office.

The candidate should bring 7–10 years of general liability experience, strong knowledge of GL terms, indemnities, and legal defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of general liability claim handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of GL policy terms, additional insureds, indemnity agreements, and legal defense strategies.
• High attention to detail and good judgment.
• Collaborative across Legal, Risk, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of third‑party liability claims from intake through resolution.
• Lead claim strategy and communication with portfolio companies, insurers, defense counsel, and TPAs.
• Escalate matters requiring legal oversight to in‑house Legal or external counsel.
• Support governance and readiness through claim lifecycle management.
• Contribute to service excellence and resilience across functions.
