Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or related work experience
- Proficient understanding of risk transfer methods
- Experience with NY claims handling and construction risk
Responsibilities
- Monitor carriers/TPA claims activities and provide support
- Facilitate claim reviews with clients and carriers
- Coordinate with client counsel on coverage and settlement
- Conduct periodic claim reviews focusing on reserving strategy
- Analyze loss data to drive risk-management improvements
- Develop resolution plans to bring claims to satisfactory conclusions
- Provide training to Claims staff on processes and law
- Assist in onboarding new American Global accounts and document discussions
- Prepare submissions to underwriters and advocate for coverage
- Maintain relationships with claim trading partners in construction insurance
