Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is seeking a Head of Third-Party Claims to lead the strategic, global program for third-party liability and financial lines. This role oversees claim outcomes, governance, and stakeholder engagement across NA, EMEA, and APAC from our Dallas, TX offices in a hybrid work setting.

You will drive consistency in claim handling, escalation practices, and coverage analysis while partnering with portfolio company leadership, brokers, carriers, TPAs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of claims experience involving casualty, liability, workers’ compensation, financial lines, or related insurance disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing claims teams or claims functions.
• Familiarity with RMIS platforms, including Origami Risk.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic priorities and objectives for third-party claims programs across casualty, workers’ compensation, and financial lines exposures.
• Provide executive oversight of complex, high-severity, sensitive, or reputationally significant claims.
• Ensure appropriate claim resolution strategies are developed and executed in alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for significant liability and financial lines matters.
• Provide strategic oversight of coverage analysis and claim positioning across liability and financial lines programs.
