Revantage seeks a skilled Claims Specialist for the Insurance & Alternative Solutions (IAS) team, based in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL, handling third‑party liability claims across North America from intake to resolution. You will lead claim strategy with portfolio companies, insurers, defense counsel, and TPAs, escalating to legal when needed and coordinating with internal Legal or Risk teams.

Requirements include 7–10 years of GL claim handling (3+ years CRE), knowledge of GL policy terms, RMIS

Formación

• 7–10 years of general liability claim handling experience, with at least 3 years focused on commercial real estate exposures.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of GL policy terms, additional insureds, indemnity agreements, and legal defense strategies.
• High attention to detail, judgment, and ability to manage adversarial and sensitive conversations.
• Strong collaboration skills across Legal, Risk, and Operations functions.
• Experience with RMIS platforms (e.g., Origami Risk) and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of third-party liability claims from intake through resolution, including bodily injury, reputational harm, and contract-related incidents.
• Lead claim strategy and communication across internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, insurers, defense counsel, and TPAs.
• Escalate matters requiring legal oversight to in-house Legal or external counsel while managing the claim lifecycle and deliverables.
