Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling general liability or multiline claims.
• Strong litigation management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; New York adjuster license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage general liability claims from initial investigation through negotiation and resolution.
• Manage litigated claims while collaborating with defense counsel and external partners.
• Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and financial exposure to establish claim strategies and reserves.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority and maintain complete claim documentation.
• Deliver proactive client service and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
