EY is seeking a General Ledger / Accounts Payable Senior Associate to support day-to-day GL and AP/expense functions. You’ll prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with close processes while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires strong collaboration across finance teams and the ability to support audits. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 4–6 years of related experience, with Costpoint experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of related accounting experience.
• Experience with government contracting and accounting processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general ledger structures and perform close activities.
• Process accounts payable vouchers and expense reports in line with policies.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and schedules.
