Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist in Minneapolis, MN to engage audiologists and ENT specialists along the patient journey for hearing loss therapies. You will present clinically focused sales messaging and drive demand with a fast-paced, results-driven team in partnership with Regeneron.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales or related clinical experience, strong account management skills, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience or equivalent clinical background.
• Experience working with designated accounts and partners.
• Knowledge of limited distribution or orphan drugs and gene therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics in key accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Lead coordination with Regeneron account team and support pull-through activities.
• Create integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights.
