Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage Audiologists and ENT specialists, building diagnostic pathways and expanding market access. You will craft account profiles, lead cross-functional pull-through efforts, and coordinate with Regeneron teams to drive growth in a rare disease space.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales, strong consultative selling and presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience or equivalent clinical experience in hearing loss space.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution specialty and/or orphan drugs; gene therapy experience encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal, selling, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts to establish diagnostic pathways, identify patients, generate demand and expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Coordinate with Regeneron account team to support pull-through activities at designated accounts.
• Develop integrated Account Plans based on customer/market insights across Regeneron partners.
• Establish relationships with healthcare professionals and partners to access decision makers and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to find opportunities and prioritize activities.
