Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist in San Diego to engage audiologists and ENT specialists along the patient journey. You will present clinically focused messaging and drive actions in a fast-paced, risk-managed environment, aligned with Regeneron collaboration.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales or clinical hearing loss experience, with strong account management and presentation skills. Travel up to 60% is expected as part of a national coverage effort.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience or clinical experience in the hearing loss space.
• Experience working with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution specialty and/or orphan drugs; gene therapy experience encouraged.
• Proven ability to lead institutional centers or accounts with multiple call-points.
• Outstanding interpersonal, selling, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Leverage account management experience in large group practices or IDNs.
• CRM/documentation proficiency (e.g., Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts to establish diagnostic pathways and expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Identify business opportunities and coordinate with Regeneron account team for pull-through activities.
• Build integrated Account Plans from customer and market insights.
• Engage with designated health care professionals and partners to access decision-makers.
• Lead local market analysis and prioritize activities with Regeneron partners.
