Job summary

Provectus is hiring for a hands-on AI/ML systems engineer. You will embed with clients (banks, insurers, health systems) to ship production Claude + AWS solutions, learning rapidly in regulated environments and delivering real business value.

You will own the work from framing to production, working alongside senior engineers, and contribute to industry blueprints and tooling. Expect travel to NYC and client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years building software with production code you owned.
• Willing to spend time understanding another’s job before coding.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.
• Built or owned an eval suite for non-deterministic systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn constraints in the operator’s seat, then rebuild from first principles with client.
• Be part of the customer’s team, own the method autonomously.
• Leverage Provectus Blueprints and starting baselines in the field.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations.
