Job summary
Provectus is seeking an experienced AI software professional to embed with client teams and deliver Claude + AWS production systems in real-world environments. You will learn the client’s business, own the delivery from framing to production, and collaborate with a Claude-certified team across industries.
You will contribute to the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice, with opportunities for conference talks and OSS contributions, while growing your personal expertise in
Qualifications
- 7+ years building software with production code.
- Able to learn unfamiliar business functions quickly.
- Experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production.
- Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems.
- Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native delivery on AWS; GCP/Azure a plus.
- Pre-sales experience with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on Claude/Claude Code/Cowork experience.
Responsibilities
- Spend initial weeks in the operator's seat, learning constraints from the inside and rebuilding the function with the client.
- Join the customer’s team, work on real tasks autonomously.
- Use Provectus Blueprints as baseline and feed learnings back into them.
- Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
- Help shape how enterprises adopt AI from strategy to deployment.
