Job summary

Provectus is seeking a hands-on AI software engineer to embed with clients and deploy Claude+AWS production systems inside regulated environments. You will join a Claude-certified team, collaborating with senior engineers and executives to ship production solutions across financial services and healthcare sectors.

Expect to own the work from framing to production, operate within client teams, and leverage Provectus industry blueprints as a baseline for rapid deployment and learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software, hands-on today and will stay that way.
• Willing to learn and converse in unfamiliar business functions quickly.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.
• Built/evaluated eval suites for non-deterministic systems and can explain measurements.
• Strong engineering fundamentals; adept with Python or TypeScript; depth over stack.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus).
• Pre-sales experience; able to discuss redesigns with BU heads and CTOs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; engagements start underspecified.

Responsibilities

• Spend the first weeks in the operator’s seat to learn constraints from the inside and rebuild the function from first principles with the client.
• Be part of the customer’s team, work on real tasks, own the method autonomously.
• Provectus provides industry Blueprints; engage from baseline and iterate learnings into it.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
• Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment and help build tooling/frameworks.
