Job summary
Provectus seeks senior software engineers to embed with clients, delivering Claude-based AI systems in regulated environments. You will learn client constraints, operate as part of the customer team, and evolve production-grade solutions from field blueprints to live deployments with real budgets and outcomes.
You will collaborate across finance, health, and tech partners, own design-to-production workflows, and contribute to open-source projects and client success through hands-on engineering
Qualifications
- 7+ years building software; hands-on today and plan to stay
- Able to quickly learn a business function before coding
- Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos
- Can explain eval metrics and what was measured
- Strong engineering fundamentals; proficient in Python and/or TypeScript
- Cloud-native delivery on AWS; GCP/Azure a plus
- Pre-sales experience with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork workflows
Responsibilities
- Learn constraints in the client environment and rebuild from first principles
- Join the customer’s team and own the method autonomously
- Start from industry blueprints and tailor them to the client
- Deliver across Cowork Activation and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
- Help shape AI adoption strategy and tooling for enterprises
