Job summary

Provectus seeks a senior software engineer to build production-grade GenAI solutions for financial services and health care clients. You’ll own modules from design to deployment, collaborate with client teams, and deliver working code in client environments. You’ll work with Python and TypeScript, AWS cloud-native stacks, and Claude-related tooling.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, ownership, and shaping AI delivery practices across industries. Office visits in NYC may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software, hands-on today and staying hands-on
• Able to quickly learn unfamiliar business domains
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos
• Able to evaluate non-deterministic systems with an eval suite
• Strong fundamentals, productive in new codebases/languages (Python/TypeScript)
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus)
• Pre-sales experience with senior stakeholders
• Ownership mindset and ambiguity tolerance

Responsibilities

• Learn constraints in client environments and rebuild from first principles
• Join client teams and own methods autonomously
• Leverage Provectus blueprints to start from a proven baseline
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations
• Help shape how enterprises adopt AI from strategy to deployment
