Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Advanced GenAI Engineer to provide expert-level technical leadership in AI algorithm and model design. You will drive critical AI initiatives and mentor engineers, while collaborating with product managers to align AI efforts with business goals.

Hybrid work from Phoenix, with no relocation offered. The role requires a strong technical background, experience with Agentic AI, and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock), plus leadership skills to guide teams

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 6+ years of experience managing AI-related technology projects.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with Cloud AI Platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Mastery in machine learning or related AI technology.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
• Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
