Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Project Engineer – Technical Program Management to drive execution of AI, software and physical-world integrations at Honeywell Forge & AI. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar engineering/software programs on time and within budget.
• Experience leading 10+ Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating large cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and program risks across portfolios.
• Global, multi-time-zone teamwork with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex AI, software and engineering programs from initiation through delivery.
• Drive execution and alignment across a large, global engineering organization including 10+ Agile/Scrum teams.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead global vendors and external engineering partners to align scope and commitments.
• Coordinate across Engineering, AI, Product Management, UX and business teams for alignment.
• Develop dashboards and leadership updates on progress, risks, financials and decisions.
• Drive resource and capacity planning, budget management and forecasting.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate with technical teams and senior leaders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and bring structure to ambiguity.
