Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to guide a team of AI engineers at our Atlanta location on a hybrid schedule. You will drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions in collaboration with related technology groups and leadership.

You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure alignment with business objectives while delivering cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline; MS/PhD a plus

• Lead AI engineers across projects and provide technical guidance
• Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for training and deployment
• Research and implement state-of-the-art LLMs and Generative AI applications
• Ensure model performance, uptime, and code quality
