Honeywell seeks a Sr. Advanced AI Software Engineer to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven software products. You will report to the Director of Engineering and operate from Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid schedule, with 100% onsite for the first 90 days.

You will architect scalable AI solutions, drive ML model optimization, and champion MLOps practices across the lifecycle, collaborating with product, data, and platform teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments.
• 5+ years of deep expertise in ML fundamentals and DL architectures.
• 8+ years in software engineering with Python and another language.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML systems end to end.
• Architect scalable, reliable AI solutions for production.
• Lead model optimization, evaluation, monitoring, and improvement.
• Drive MLOps for training, deployment, CI/CD, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams on AI outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentorship.
