Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Manager & Sr. Data Scientist to advance analytics and Generative AI initiatives across Customer Experience. You will design, build, and evaluate GenAI tools, capabilities, and workflows, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with teams, and support training, with opportunities to lead production-ready AI solutions and scale experiments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's in STEM related field plus three years of experience or PhD with zero years of experience.
• Strong concentration in mathematics, statistics, programming, analytics, and data science tools.
• Experience with large data sets and advanced statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage portions of projects focused on design or development of analytical and GenAI solutions.
• Share expertise through discussions, presentations, or peer reviews.
• Set and manage expectations with business partners for small projects with limited guidance.
