Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM with strong math/stats focus.
• Experience building GenAI and analytics solutions.
• Advanced statistics, modeling, and data science tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage portions of projects focused on analytical and GenAI solutions.
• Share expertise through discussions, presentations or peer reviews.
• Set expectations with business partners and manage small projects.
• Design, build, and evaluate reusable GenAI tools and workflows.
• Support rollout and enablement of AI tools with guidance and training.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and tailor messaging.
• Mentor less experienced analytic talent and support recruiting.
• Support training and skill development initiatives.
