Job summary

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, delivering AI-first solutions for financial services and healthcare. You will embed with clients as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, learning their workflow from the inside and rebuilding functions from first principles to drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll ship production GenAI systems, build robust evals, and own end-to-end delivery on AWS, collaborating with senior stakeholders and guiding architecture with hands-on coding

Qualifications

• Eight+ years building software with production code accountability.
• Willing to spend weeks in the operator’s seat to understand the job before coding.

Responsibilities

• Do the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement to learn the function from inside.
• Reach fluency in a new domain within weeks, not quarters.
• Redesign the function from first principles with the operator and Forward Deployed Executive.
