Job summary

Natixis is seeking a Senior Analyst in Global Banking Operations (GBO) Governance and Projects in the Americas, based in New York. You will drive governance, lead project management initiatives, and support budgeting and controls across the GBO team.

You will partner with Global Trade, FinOps, Operational Risk Management, Finance, and IT to optimize processes, manage reconciliation governance, and contribute to the launch of new products and activities. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field; MBA is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 3 years in a commercial bank focusing on finance or operational controls.
• Proven project management experience within banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of Loan IQ (LIQ) is required.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, VBA preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial and trade controls, banking accounting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Drive GBO governance and project management activities across the Americas GBO team.
• Support budgeting processes and track the GBO US budget.
• Execute GBO 1.2 controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Global Trade, FinOps, Risk Management, and IT to implement improvements.
• Participate in New Product New Activity (NPNA) assessments and product launches.
