Job summary

The Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking Banking Support Group in New York seeks a VP-level Banking Support Analyst to lead the team, drive operational excellence across the deal lifecycle, and serve as a liaison for senior leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–5 years of corporate lending support or related experience.
• Solid understanding of wholesale banking products and credit lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines; strong Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Origination to capture deal opportunities in Singular/Nat1 including deal descriptions and NBI.
• Maintain active deal pipeline with updates to ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with Front Office KYC Support Team in Porto for third-party vetting and periodic reviews.
• Coordinate setup and secure management of folders for MNPI deals with IT.
• Coordinate Bizcom forms and data-quality checks; prepare climate risk sections for memos.
