Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Commercial & Capital Governance to lead end-to-end governance for deal and capital projects.

You will manage governance forums, coordinate intake, and ensure timely submissions for executive approvals across sales, finance, investments, and delivery. The role demands meticulous tracking, strong stakeholder management, and experience with governance tools and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
• PMP certification preferred with 7+ years in governance/PMO.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums and multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance forums’ day-to-day operations, agendas, and minutes.
• Oversee intake and submission process for governance projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, investments, and legal.
• Track projects through intake, reviews, approvals, and closure.
• Maintain governance repository, documentation, and auditability.
• Produce governance reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Update templates and ensure compliance with policies and timelines.
