Job summary

Natixis NY Branch seeks a Vice President in Credit Markets Middle Office to bridge Front Office and Operations, ensuring smooth onboarding of new initiatives and effective client support. You will manage risk, drive process improvements, and coordinate across Global Markets Operations, Global Banking Operations, and Front Office, including PnL reconciliation and IT collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years in Credit Markets, Operations, or Securitization with related processes.
• Experience with ABS, CLO, Corp Bonds, Loans, Syndication, and structured notes.
• Familiarity with Trafic, Summit, Clearpar, and Loan IQ systems.
• Knowledge of risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a transversal liaison between Global Banking Operations, Global Market Operations, and the Front Office; amend bookings as needed.
• Support Head of Credit Middle Office across products: Corporate Bonds, Loans, Primary/Secondary ABS/CLO, Syndication, Origination, Structured Credit Products.
• Lead New Product/New Activity onboarding to ensure smooth integration within Operations.
• Act as Ops point of contact; respond to client and business requests efficiently.
• Identify, address, and escalate Operational Risk incidents and implement mitigation processes.
• Collaborate on IT enhancements with IT to boost efficiency and resilience.
• Represent Operations in key forums and align IT priorities with business needs.
• Leverage risk monitoring tools (BRICKS) for proactive risk management.
• Support PnL reconciliation and resolve booking discrepancies.
