Job summary

Natixis in New York seeks a VP-level Banking Support Analyst to lead a growing team delivering premier operational support across the deal lifecycle. You will coordinate with Origination, Front Office, Middle Office, and Portfolio Management to ensure data integrity, timely approvals, and smooth handoffs.

You will oversee Bizcom preparation, deal booking, and closing activities, while driving stakeholder communication and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–5 years in corporate lending support or related financial services operations.
• Solid understanding of wholesale banking products and credit lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; CRM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI) are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Capture deal opportunities in Singular/Nat1 with accurate descriptions and details.
• Maintain active deal pipeline with continuous data integrity.
• Coordinate KYC vetting with Porto and manage MNPI folders with IT.
• Prepare Bizcom forms and perform data-quality checks for meetings.
• Assist in credit memos, rating processes, and credit portal updates.
• Facilitate deal booking and closing, COBOM drafting, and post-closing workflows.
• Coordinate transfer of deals from Front Office to Portfolio Management.
