Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a commercial bank with finance or controls focus.
• Proven project management experience in banking operations.
• Strong LIQ knowledge and MS Office; VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive GBO governance and project management initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Lead process improvements and change management across the GBO.
• Execute GBO 1.2 controls to mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking for the GBO Americas budget.
• Collaborate with Paris and Porto Accounting on local reconciliation governance.
• Engage internal stakeholders to address operational issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Global Banking Operations teams and Control Tower.
• Participate in the launch of new products and NPNA assessments.
