Blattner Company is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for the Gas Power Generation team. This role leads multi-project programs from NOI through warranty, coordinating PM teams and aligning with client stakeholders on strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project/construction experience, 5+ years in leadership, and strong skills in scheduling, risk management, and contract strategy. This remote role requires travel and supports a growing renewable energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project/construction experience; 5+ years leadership experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting, regulations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leads portfolio- and program-level planning; sponsors PM teams for strategic alignment.
• Manages projects from NOI through Warranty; negotiates contracts as needed.
• Oversees risk, schedule, and cost control across multiple projects and programs.
• Drives continuous improvement and ensures quality, safety, and compliance.
