Job summary

Clearbrook Group Services Inc. is seeking a highly capable Garage Bodily Injury Senior Claims Adjuster to work from our Omaha office. The role adjudicates auto bodily injury claims and contributes to delivering superb outcomes for clients.

This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours and collaborate with a team focused on excellence in claims management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years’ experience adjudicating general liability bodily injury casualty claims.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Two or more insurance designations or four additional years of related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex General Liability Bodily Injury claims with potential significant impact on results.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties.
• Report to senior management and underwriters on claims trends and developments.
• Investigating claims promptly and thoroughly and managing diary of tasks.
• Negotiating settlements and managing claims in litigation as needed.
