Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a customer-focused Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting furniture, provide product information, and guide them through the sales process. You will leverage design knowledge to make recommendations, build relationships, and contribute to the sales team’s success.

Responsibilities include executing the selling process, maintaining CRM notes, and participating in weekly trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant retail sales experience.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and design advice.
