Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of event support, fundraising operations, or comparable administrative support; 5+ years may be preferred for lead-level scope and mentoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides fundraising and event execution support in partnership with event managers and leadership to ensure revenue targets and strong customer experience.
• Maintains organized task and reminder systems, monitors deadlines, and drives follow-through to support revenue growth and efficiency.
• Performs financial and administrative tasks including processing donations, tracking expenses, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Supports CRM data needs, generates reports, and provides insights for revenue performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in tools or fundraising programs, troubleshoots, and supports training and projects.
• Provides volunteer and leadership support including recruitment, communications, scheduling, and stewardship.
