Job summary

You will manage processes, donations, CRM data, and reporting, while serving as a subject-matter expert on fundraising tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in fundraising operations or event support is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundraising and event execution support to ensure revenue targets; manage relationships with participants, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors.
• Maintain organized task systems; monitor deadlines and deliverables; identify issues and drive follow-through.
• Process donations and payments; track expenses; support reclasses; ensure policy alignment.
• Support CRM data needs; generate reports and insights for revenue performance.
• Serve as subject matter expert in tools/programs; contribute to training and materials.
• Provide volunteer and leadership support including committee/board support.
